Convention Space

Vendors, Publishers and Suppliers can purchase space at the following rates:

An 8' x 8' space - tables included

Saturday only          $100

Sunday only            $ 100

Both days                $150

A 50/50 deal can be discussed by emailing BIGCON at bigcon@shaw.ca (50 percent payment/50 percent merchandise to add to the BIGCON library)

 

Advertising

Business Card sized advertisment on circulated to users through participant freebie bags  $25

11 x 17 colour poster displayed during convention   $50

11 x 17 poster and half page ad in freebie bag    $100

estimated 300+ guests

Receipts will be available at the registration desk on the weekend of the conference.  Those paying by Credit Card will receive a confimation email as soon as the payment has been processed.
